Funded by a SOAR Network Innovation Grant from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), this 12-month study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Case Aide Services in behavioral health settings, leveraging AI-driven solutions and AWS technologies to enhance operational efficiencies.
This initiative builds on the proven success of Northwoods' Case Aide Services in the child welfare sector, where it has notably reduced caseworker burnout, improved compliance, and increased retention rates. The project's focus on behavioral health seeks to replicate these benefits, with a keen eye on staff satisfaction, turnover rates, and the financial implications for agencies.
