This year's event, emceed by Emmy-nominated journalist Emily Schario, not only marked a return to pre-pandemic attendance levels but also celebrated the innovative campaigns and individuals driving the industry forward.
Kaitlynn Cooney, PR Club President, emphasized the event's significance, particularly its first-time hosting at the Museum of Science. Awards spanned from single-tactic executions to comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns, with agencies like Duffy & Shanley, RDW Group, and 360PR+ leading the accolades. 360PR+ was distinguished with the Platinum Super Bell Award for their exemplary campaign for CarGurus.
Individual achievements were also in the spotlight, with Amy Shanler receiving the John J. Molloy Crystal Bell Lifetime Achievement Award for her enduring contributions to the PR community. Erin Fennell of V2 Communications and Julianna Sheridan of Matter Communications were honored with the Striker and Ringer Awards, respectively, for their early and mid-career excellence. The introduction of the Carillonneur Professional Award, awarded to V2 Communications, highlighted the importance of fostering outstanding workplace culture.
Beyond recognizing professional milestones, the event upheld its tradition of philanthropy, raising over $1,000 for CommonWealth Kitchen, a nonprofit aiding underrepresented food entrepreneurs.
