The newly acquired platforms, Concerts.com and TicketStub.com, are well-established in the online ticket sales space, offering verified tickets without hidden fees. TicketStub.com, in particular, caters to a variety of alternative entertainment verticals such as festivals, comedy shows, esports, and niche lifestyle events, thereby broadening Lottery.com's appeal to a wider audience.
Lottery.com intends to integrate these platforms into its existing Sports.com infrastructure, creating a one-stop destination for discovering and purchasing tickets to live events. This move is strategically timed to leverage the projected growth of the global live events market, which is expected to reach $1.2 trillion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 5.9%.
This acquisition is part of Lottery.com's broader brand expansion strategy, which includes high-profile sponsorships and partnerships. Notably, the company increased its visibility by sponsoring race car driver Louis Foster during the 2025 Indianapolis 500 and served as a title sponsor at Soccerex Europe 2025.
