The Pacific Marine Expo (PME), the West Coast's premier commercial marine trade show, is set to take place at the Lumen Field Event Center in Seattle from November 20-22, 2025. This event promises to bring together thousands of maritime professionals for a comprehensive showcase of the latest advancements in the commercial fishing, workboat, and broader maritime sectors.
This year's expo introduces several programming enhancements, including the WorkBoat West area, dedicated to shipyard operations, vessel construction, and repair. A collaboration with Washington Maritime Blue will feature the Maritime Blue Innovation Hub, spotlighting sustainable solutions and cutting-edge technologies that are driving the maritime economy forward.
Notably, the National Fisherman Highliner Awards will be reimagined as a ticketed dinner ceremony, celebrating the achievements of leaders in commercial fishing. The Alaska Marine Safety Education Association will also conduct a Fishing Vessel Stability Workshop, providing practical learning experiences for attendees.
Beyond the exhibitions, the expo will offer a rich educational program, including keynote speeches, technical sessions, and workshops curated by National Fisherman. The event will also focus on workforce development, with initiatives like welcoming maritime high school students in partnership with the Port of Seattle, aiming to inspire the next generation of maritime professionals.
With its expanded programming and commitment to innovation and sustainability, the 2025 Pacific Marine Expo stands as a pivotal event for networking, learning, and discovering the future directions of the maritime industry.
