The Smokey BBQ Baby Back Ribs, available in full or half racks, are seasoned with a signature dry rub and served with Perkins' house-made Maple Bourbon BBQ sauce. The ribs are complemented by new side options such as the Ultimate Mac 'n Cheese, Loaded Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a Kale Apple Walnut Salad, offering guests a range of flavors to suit their holiday dining needs.
