Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE American: UEC) and Radiant Industries have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening the United States' nuclear energy infrastructure. This collaboration is centered around a memorandum of understanding, which includes an initial agreement for UEC to supply U.S.-origin uranium concentrates to Radiant under terms agreed upon by both parties. The partnership is particularly significant for Radiant's Kaleidos Portable Nuclear Microreactor project, highlighting UEC's pivotal role in supplying uranium for next-generation nuclear technologies, including small modular reactors and the U.S. Strategic Uranium Reserve.
The alliance between UEC and Radiant Industries marks a critical advancement in the U.S. nuclear energy sector, with a focus on establishing a secure, domestically sourced nuclear fuel supply chain.
