Noble Investment Group has made a strategic move by securing a 2-acre site in LaGrange, Georgia, earmarked for the development of a new StudioRes by Marriott hotel. The property, situated at 101 Timberwolf Drive within the Sola mixed-use development, was acquired for $1.5 million, with the transaction facilitated by Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group brokers John Speros, JT Speros, and Kyle Gable.
The proposed 4-story hotel will boast 124 rooms, strategically located in the northwest quadrant of the Interstate 85/Whiteville Road interchange, near the Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. This prime location ensures easy access to major transportation routes and local attractions, enhancing its appeal to potential guests.
StudioRes by Marriott is tailored to meet the rising demand for cost-effective, extended-stay lodging options. Each studio room will come fully furnished, featuring queen beds, kitchenettes, and dedicated workspaces, alongside amenities such as a fitness room, communal table, and guest-paid laundry facilities.
This development marks a significant investment in LaGrange's hospitality infrastructure, reflecting confidence in the area's growth potential. Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group, instrumental in this deal, has a proven track record, having brokered over $600 million in transactions, including several high-profile real estate developments across the Southeastern United States.
