Since joining Peapack Private in 2018, Pacheco has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing deposit operations and electronic banking divisions, with a strong emphasis on process automation and digital banking strategy. His prior experience includes operational leadership roles at New Jersey Community Bank, 1st Constitution Bank, National City Bank, and Independence Community Bank, where he honed his skills in retail sales, customer service, and branch management.
Pacheco's academic and professional training, including coursework from The College of Staten Island and certifications in Bank Secrecy Act, Bank Security, and Retail Banking from the Community Bankers Financial Education, further solidify his qualifications for this pivotal role.
