This gathering of over 400 guests, including key figures such as Datuk Zainal Amanshah, Mr. Richard Fostier, and H.E. Axel Cruau, highlighted the significant French economic presence in Malaysia, with 600 French entities employing around 30,000 people.
During the Gala Night, the CCIFM Excellence Awards were presented to recognize contributions to Franco-Malaysian business relations, with winners like Decathlon, Nazsoft Tech, and Club Med showcasing the diversity of successful French businesses in Malaysia. The event also served as a platform to support Malaysia's upcoming Chair of ASEAN in 2025, signaling potential for enhanced economic ties between France and Southeast Asia.
