Crouch's expertise is expected to further drive off-premise initiatives, aiming to increase both the number of orders and the average check size. Her journey with Lion's Choice began in 2011 on the restaurant side, where she served as a manager before transitioning to a corporate marketing role in 2017. Over the next five years, she ascended to the position of Brand Manager, showcasing her ability to understand and execute impactful marketing strategies.
