Trust & Will has rolled out significant enhancements to its Trust & Will for Advisors platform, which serves over 11,000 financial advisors across the United States. These updates are designed to streamline the estate planning and probate process, providing a suite of comprehensive solutions that include wills, trusts, and probate services. Among the new features are Estate Reports, which offer visual representations of clients' estate plans, and Estate Summaries, which provide concise overviews of key decisions. These tools aim to give advisors deeper insights into their clients' financial landscapes, enabling more personalized and proactive advice.
The platform now also includes Personalized Client Insights, leveraging data from clients' estate decisions to foster stronger advisor-client relationships. A notable addition is the Legacy Contact feature, allowing clients to grant read-only access to designated individuals to assist during the settlement process. The introduction of a new dashboard design and a dedicated support team further enhances the user experience for financial advisors, making the platform more accessible and efficient.
Andres Mazabel, Head of Advisors at Trust & Will, highlighted the potential of these features to transform advisor-client interactions by providing a clearer view of clients' financial situations. This, in turn, supports the development of long-term, impactful relationships. The enhancements come at a time when a Trust & Will study reveals a generational shift in attitudes towards financial advisory services, with over half of Millennials and Gen Z expressing interest in professional estate planning assistance. The study, available on the Trust & Will website, underscores the importance of adapting to the evolving needs of younger clients.
Since its launch in 2017, Trust & Will has assisted nearly 700,000 families with estate planning, supported by a network of more than 11,000 financial advisors. The platform's commitment to security, evidenced by bank-level encryption and SOC 2 Type II compliance, ensures the protection of sensitive financial information. With these latest updates, Trust & Will reinforces its position as a leader in digital estate planning and settlement, offering financial professionals the tools they need to meet the demands of a changing market.
