The Parent Coaching Institute (PCI) has launched an innovative initiative titled 'Why I PCI', designed to enhance the visibility and comprehension of parent coaching services. This initiative features a collection of short videos produced by the instructors, graduates, and students of PCI's renowned Parent Coach Certification® Program. Gloria DeGaetano, PCI's founder and CEO, highlighted the initiative's necessity, pointing out the limited awareness among parents who stand to benefit the most from such services.
Emily Schweppe, PCI's Communications Coordinator and the creative force behind 'Why I PCI', shared the initiative's foundational idea, emphasizing the alignment of personal and professional lives with core values through understanding one's 'why'. The videos aim to present the varied methodologies and specialties of PCI's family support professionals, underlining the program's benefits. Recognized by Life Coach Magazine as the leading parent coach training program, PCI's approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies and a comprehensive coaching framework.
PCI Certified Parent Coaches® assist families in recognizing new possibilities, a process the 'Why I PCI' videos intend to bring to life by illustrating the inspiration and motivation driving PCI coaches and students. Schweppe also noted the initiative's potential to bolster the businesses of PCI graduates by connecting parents in need of support with trained professionals. PCI encourages the global community to engage with its social media platforms to observe the significant contributions of its program participants.
Offered in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, PCI's distance-learning, graduate-level training program is now open for applications for the Summer Term starting in June. Prospective students can find more details or download an application form at www.ThePCI.org.
