This landmark ranking identifies 500 U.S. companies that stand out for their commitment to creating inclusive and supportive environments for Hispanic and Latino employees, a group that represents 19% of the American workforce and has experienced a 69% growth in the last twenty years.
The methodology behind the selection was rigorous, incorporating public data analysis, interviews with HR professionals, and feedback from over 47,000 Hispanic and Latino professionals, in addition to more than 700,000 company reviews. Among the companies celebrated for their inclusive practices are Cedars-Sinai, Crocs, JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase, and Mercedes-Benz, recognized for their efforts in enabling Hispanic and Latino professionals to thrive.
