Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has provided a comprehensive update on the production and sales activity for its Nexus 20 autonomous mobile communications and security platform, revealing a global deployment strategy across defense, mining, and government sectors. The company reported that five Nexus 20 units are in various stages of completion, with specific units allocated for demonstrations in Poland and the European Union, delivery to mining operations in Greenland, and deployment to Canada and Australia through joint ventures and potential sales.
The Nexus 1 unit, designated Green, is in final assembly stages before shipment to Poland for demonstrations, including to the Polish Military in conjunction with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa. This unit will be displayed at the MSPO defence exhibition in Poland between September 8 and 11, representing the company's strategic push into European markets. CEO Brenton Scott noted that having the Nexus 20 operational at a major global defense exhibition marks a significant advancement for the company's EU expansion efforts.
Nexus 2, designated Yellow, is undergoing final fit-out for delivery to Critical Metals Corp's Tanbreez Project in Southern Greenland, indicating the platform's application in remote mining operations. Meanwhile, Nexus 3 has completed fabrication and will be prepared for shipment to Canada under the company's joint venture with Juno Industries Inc., where it will undergo demonstrations across government, military, and mining sectors. Nexus 4 and 5 have also completed fabrication and will be shipped to Perth, Western Australia, to be available for immediate delivery should the company secure orders from current Requests for Quote.
The company has received requests for quote for six additional Nexus 20 units, representing potential revenue of $8.4 million. In response to increased market interest, Critical Infrastructure Technologies has issued a purchase order to steel fabricator K999 for the construction of two more Nexus units to reduce delivery timelines for future orders. According to CEO Brenton Scott, this production progress demonstrates the scalability of the platform and global demand for rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions, positioning the company at a pivotal phase in demonstrating the Nexus system's versatility.
The Nexus platform represents CiTech's entry into autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications technology targeting mining, defense, border security, and emergency services sectors. Using patented self-deploying platform technology, the system addresses limitations in current rapidly deployable communication solutions regarding tower strength and operational deployment speed. The platform supports various technological payloads including LTE equipment, surveillance systems, and anti-drone capabilities.
