Cari McGee has been ranked as the 43rd top real estate agent in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings, based on 52 closed sales totaling $26.3 million in sales volume in 2025. This marks her second consecutive year earning a spot on the annual rankings of top-producing agents nationally.
McGee’s transaction count places her among the top 1.5% of agents nationwide and makes her the third-ranked individual agent in the Tri-Cities area. Her sales volume of $26.34 million also ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd statewide, an achievement particularly notable given that Tri-Cities home prices are among the lowest in any major Washington metro area.
“It’s amazing to think that only a few dozen agents sold more homes than me in the entire state of Washington last year,” McGee said. “Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me and hired me, or referred me to others who hired me. I am so, so grateful.”
Clients frequently praise McGee for her hands-on approach, responsiveness, and personal attention. As the only active licensed agent on the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, she works directly with every client, both buyers and sellers. Her post-sale client care includes a unique rewards program offering perks from local and national businesses, a differentiator that helps build long-term loyalty.
The RealTrends recognition follows other recent honors. At the RE/MAX Northwest awards ceremony held in Kennewick, McGee was named the 10th individual RE/MAX agent in Washington state, third individual agent at RE/MAX Northwest (out of more than 200 agents across 11 offices in Washington and Oregon), and the top RE/MAX agent in Washington state for contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. She also achieved the 2025 RE/MAX Chairman’s Club designation.
Since 2004, McGee has sold more than 650 homes. In 2025, her listings had a median of just 10 days on market, well below the market median of 28 days. With over 270 five-star reviews, she has been recognized as the Most Trusted Realtor in Tri-Cities by BUILD magazine in 2025 and is a two-time Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team winner (bronze).
For business and technology leaders, McGee’s sustained performance demonstrates how data-driven client service and efficient transaction processes can drive outsized results even in lower-priced markets. Her ability to consistently rank among the top agents statewide underscores the importance of building a referral-based business and leveraging technology to streamline operations. The rankings, verified by WSJ/RealTrends, offer a reliable benchmark for agents and consumers alike.
