In a move that underscores the growing trend of outsourcing IT lifecycle management, DATAGROUP has been awarded a significant contract by Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) following a public tender. The five-year agreement covers comprehensive workplace services with a focus on device lifecycle management for approximately 1,300 end devices. The contract entails DATAGROUP handling every aspect of the end-user device lifecycle, from provisioning, configuration, and logistics to operation, support, and eventual replacement. Additionally, DATAGROUP will oversee secure take-back and recycling at the end of the devices' useful life.
