BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP, OH – Fifty5 Rivers, the Ohio-based beverage and hospitality company founded by James and Lynne Mowery, is marking its sixth anniversary with the announcement of its most significant expansion to date. This fall, the company will open Fifty5 Rivers Cafe inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center, creating a new dine-in experience that pairs its signature beverages with food offerings in a space designed for community and collaboration.
The new cafe represents the next evolution of the Fifty5 Rivers brand, which began with a simple belief that handcrafted beverages can bring people together. Guided by its RIVER values—Reliability, Inspiration, Value, Education, and Respect—the company has grown over six years to include Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, its production facility in Fairborn; Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, a grab-and-go coffee shop; and the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, a mobile beverage service for events across the Miami Valley. The addition of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe builds on this foundation, offering the company's first expanded dine-in hospitality concept.
“When we founded Fifty5 Rivers six years ago, we set out with a simple vision: to create exceptional handcrafted beverages while building meaningful connections within our community,” said James and Lynne Mowery, co-founders. “Every customer who chose us, every event, every partnership, and every conversation has helped shape Fifty5 Rivers into what it is today. Opening Fifty5 Rivers Cafe inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center is more than an expansion. It is the creation of a place where those connections can continue to grow.”
The choice of location was deliberate. The Business Success Center, operated by the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, aligns with Fifty5 Rivers' commitment to strengthening communities through meaningful experiences, relationships, and learning. “Fifty5 Rivers embodies the innovative and community-focused spirit we envisioned becoming part of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center,” said Wendy Rodgers, President & CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber. “Their commitment to quality, hospitality, education, and meaningful relationships aligns beautifully with our mission to create an environment where businesses and people can thrive together.”
The cafe will serve as a gathering place for both the public and the regional business community, encouraging conversation and collaboration. Patrons can expect the same handcrafted beverages that have defined the brand, now paired with food offerings in a comfortable setting. Construction and final preparations are underway, with the grand opening celebration and operating hours to be announced in coming months.
This expansion is significant for the local economy and the broader hospitality industry. By partnering with the Chamber, Fifty5 Rivers is investing in entrepreneurship and professional development, potentially setting a precedent for how small businesses can integrate with community organizations. The cafe also diversifies the company's revenue streams, adding a dine-in component to its existing manufacturing, wholesale, and mobile operations.
For patrons, the new cafe offers an accessible venue to experience the brand beyond events or the production facility. For the Miami Valley, it signals continued economic vitality and a commitment to creating spaces that foster human connection. As Fifty5 Rivers celebrates six years of innovation, this new chapter underscores its mission of crafting exceptional beverages while creating places where meaningful connections flourish.
