Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has announced that its fiscal third quarter, ending July 31, 2026, will be the highest revenue quarter in the company's history, with sales growth nearing 40% compared to the same period last year. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter of profitability for the Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of Insultex House Wrap® and Arctic Armor® products.
The company attributes the continued success to increasing market adoption of its patented Insultex House Wrap®, which now is available at nearly 200 retail locations across the United States, with more added weekly. Insultex House Wrap® is designed to meet or exceed new government building codes for continuous insulation and exterior R-Value requirements. Unlike competitor products, it provides an R-6 moisture barrier membrane that does not require additional insulation boards, offering a cost-effective and efficient solution for new construction projects.
In a significant development, the independent laboratory re-certification program with BRC Laboratories has entered its final stages. The testing equipment used to validate the R-Value of Insultex® is undergoing final re-certification, and all material testing has yielded positive results. CEO Joseph A. Riccelli, Jr. has personally visited the BRC facility and maintains regular communication with its manager. Successful completion of this program could qualify Insultex® for a wider range of building applications, opening doors to larger-scale projects and major retailers in the multibillion-dollar homebuilding industry.
Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development for Built Link Solutions, commented on the growing popularity of Insultex House Wrap®, noting that new building material suppliers are adopting the product almost every week, and individual builders and contractors are seeking to capitalize on its value and cost savings.
CEO Riccelli expressed pride in the team's achievements, highlighting the record revenue and sustained profitability. He also emphasized the importance of the re-certification process, stating, "Considering the value of this certification, the outcome could result in revenues that have never been achieved by Innovative Designs." The company plans to file its official fiscal Q3 financial report in mid-September and will provide updates as the certification process progresses.
