Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers participated in the 2026 Minnesota State Fair, which took place from August 27 through Labor Day, September 7. The firm hosted an interactive booth outside the Agriculture Horticulture Building, just off Judson Avenue, between the Veterans Garden and the Circle Adopt-A-Garden and directly across from the International Bazaar. Throughout the 12-day event, the firm engaged with fairgoers, distributed merchandise and prizes, and shared information about its legal services across the Midwest.
The booth featured a branded van and tent where visitors could spin a prize wheel for giveaways and pick up Nicolet Law merchandise. The initiative aligns with the firm's 'Be Kind. Do Good.' philosophy, which emphasizes community involvement. Founded in 2007 in Hudson, Wisconsin, Nicolet Law has expanded to 28 offices across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Indiana. The firm represents individuals injured in car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, wrongful death claims, and other negligence-based cases.
Russell Nicolet, President of Nicolet Law, said, 'The State Fair is one of the most exciting gatherings in Minnesota, and it was a great chance to meet our neighbors face to face. We were not there to hand out legal advice between corn dogs. We were there to say hello, have some fun, and let people know that if the unexpected happens, they do not have to face it alone.'
In addition to the main booth, the firm's Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team had a separate presence at the Fair. Led by partner Drew Epperly, known as The Midwest's Motorcycle Lawyer, the group focuses on representing injured riders across the region. The team hosted its own table with merchandise and a bike giveaway, and served as the main sponsor of the Fair's motorcycle parking lot. 'Riders look out for one another, and that is the same spirit we try to bring to our work,' Epperly said. 'Sponsoring the motorcycle lot and meeting riders at the Fair was a natural fit for a team that rides too.'
The appearance at the Minnesota State Fair underscores Nicolet Law's commitment to connecting with the communities it serves beyond traditional legal settings. For legal industry observers, this kind of grassroots engagement can enhance brand visibility and trust, potentially influencing client acquisition in a competitive market. The firm's active presence at a high-traffic event like the State Fair may also set a precedent for other law firms seeking to humanize their services and build local relationships.
Nicolet Law looks forward to future years of greeting fairgoers and offering the chance to learn about the firm. For more information, visit www.NicoletLaw.com.
