Propago, a web-to-print fulfillment and marketing asset management platform for enterprise brands, has expanded its native kitting capabilities with two new features: Drip Campaigns and Pocket Folder Kits. Announced on May 6, 2026, these additions aim to give brands greater control over how print and marketing materials are assembled and delivered at scale, addressing long-standing operational gaps in scheduled multi-wave fulfillment and precise physical material arrangement that previously required manual intervention or third-party workarounds.
Drip Campaigns allow a single order on the Propago platform to automatically trigger a sequence of shipments on a predefined schedule. Instead of requiring separate orders for each wave, the system handles timing and distribution automatically. This feature supports use cases such as new hire onboarding series, product training rollouts, and event-based kit deployments, where materials need to arrive in a specific order over days or weeks. The automation removes the need for manual re-entry or repeated coordination between marketing teams and fulfillment staff, reducing the risk of timing errors and inconsistent delivery for enterprise operations managing assets across distributed locations.
Pocket Folder Kits address the challenge of maintaining the exact physical arrangement of printed materials inside a pocket folder through the fulfillment chain. The feature allows brands to designate specific content to the left pocket, right pocket, and supplemental insert positions, preserving that arrangement from order entry through warehouse assembly. Previously, fulfillment teams often relied on written instructions or manual checklists, introducing variability that could affect presentation. Pocket Folder Kits encode the arrangement directly into the order, removing ambiguity at the warehouse level and ensuring the final product reflects the brand's intent.
Both features are built natively into the Propago platform, requiring no additional integrations, third-party tools, or custom development. Enterprise clients can configure and deploy them within the existing environment used for marketing asset management, including brand portals, inventory management, and order workflows. This native architecture reduces IT overhead and accelerates adoption across decentralized user bases, which is significant for organizations managing large catalogs of branded materials across multiple teams or regions.
"Propago has always been built around giving brands control without complexity. Pocket Folder Kits extend that control to the physical layout of print materials, while Drip Campaigns unlock entirely new program types—onboarding series, product rollouts, event kits—that simply weren't possible before. We're excited to see how our clients put these to work," said Rick Aberle, Chief Executive Officer of Propago.
Together, the two features expand what enterprise kitting can accomplish within a single platform. Drip Campaigns make time-based, multi-touchpoint physical delivery manageable at scale, while Pocket Folder Kits bring the same specificity to physical presentation that digital asset management tools have long provided for on-screen content. They support enterprise clients whose fulfillment requirements extend into structured communication programs and high-fidelity branded packaging. Both features are available as part of Propago's existing web-to-print fulfillment infrastructure. More information is available at https://propago.com.
