ReElement Technologies Secures New Financings, Boosting Royalty Management's Revenue Prospects

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced that its portfolio holding, ReElement Technologies, has secured a series of financings to aggressively expand its operations, directly benefiting Royalty Management through an existing royalty agreement. ReElement Technologies, a critical mineral refining company based in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, processes end-of-life recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts using an innovative chromatographic separation platform to produce magnet-grade rare earth elements and other critical minerals for the electrification, defense, and technology sectors.

The United States Department of War recently committed a $25 million investment to accelerate ReElement's expansion and production of critical minerals vital for national defense and commercial industries. This follows a previously closed investment from Transition Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. These capital infusions are set to enhance ReElement's refining capacity, which in turn will expand the use of technologies covered under an intellectual property development program with Royalty Management.

Under this program, Royalty Management provides capital for the development and creation of unique patents and refining technologies at ReElement in exchange for ongoing royalties from sales derived from those patents. As ReElement grows its operations with the newly raised capital, Royalty Management expects to receive increased and expanded revenues from refining technologies falling under this program. Thomas Sauve, CEO of Royalty Management, stated, 'ReElement has consistently demonstrated that their novel rare earth and critical mineral refining methods are the next generation of how the world looks at this industry, especially from a cost-competitive and purity standpoint. We are excited about having this relationship where Royalty can help provide the technology advancements in partnership with ReElement to help them continue to drive process and efficiency.'

This development underscores the strategic importance of critical mineral refining for the United States, particularly in reducing reliance on foreign supply chains for materials essential to defense and clean energy technologies. For Royalty Management shareholders, the financings represent a direct catalyst for revenue growth, as expanded operations at ReElement are likely to increase royalty payments. The partnership also highlights Royalty Management's model of investing in high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries, aiming to generate cash flow while supporting community and industry needs.

ReElement's technology positions it as a key player in the domestic critical minerals supply chain, which is a priority for national security and the transition to electrification. The company's ability to attract significant government and private investment reflects confidence in its chromatographic separation platform, which offers cost-competitive and high-purity refining. As these financings fuel expansion, the benefits are poised to ripple through to Royalty Management and its stakeholders, reinforcing the value of intellectual property-based royalty agreements in the critical minerals sector.
