Renewal Radar Launches to Help HubSpot Users Retain Customers at Risk

Companies invest heavily in winning new customers, but often neglect the ones they already have until renewal is at risk, according to a new tool from Sighub. The Rotterdam-based company has launched Renewal Radar, a lightweight application that works within HubSpot to help Customer Success and RevOps teams identify accounts that may need attention before it's too late.

"Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed," said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. "Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it."

The problem is a familiar one: sales teams have pipelines, forecasts, and clear ownership around new revenue, but once a customer signs, the signals that matter before renewal can become much harder to track. In HubSpot, renewal dates and customer activity may sit across deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, custom objects, and other CRM records. The information can be there, but the customer may receive too little attention at the moment it matters most. This creates a costly disconnect: a company can know when a customer is due to renew and still fail to act before the relationship is at risk.

Renewal Radar addresses this by scanning customer accounts in HubSpot, identifying the strongest available renewal signal, and checking whether recent activity suggests the customer is already receiving attention. When signals point to a customer that may be slipping through the cracks, Renewal Radar surfaces the account so the responsible team can act. The app monitors renewal information across multiple HubSpot sources while taking recent customer activity into account. When an account requires attention, it can create a focused task for the responsible team, and when the situation is resolved, the alert can resolve with it.

The approach is aimed particularly at Customer Success and RevOps teams that already manage customers in HubSpot but do not want to introduce a separate enterprise customer success platform just to ensure existing revenue receives the same attention as new pipeline. For companies focused heavily on growth, the uncomfortable question is not only how many new customers are being won, but whether the customers they already fought to win still feel like somebody is paying attention.

Renewal Radar is available for HubSpot users through Sighub and the HubSpot App Marketplace. More information can be found on the Sighub website.
