The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand known for its clean-label approach, is set to participate in the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, scheduled for September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to introduce its philosophy of transparency and simplicity to U.S. retailers and consumers, standing out in a crowded wellness marketplace.
Founder Catherine Clark highlighted the brand's mission: "The wellness category has become incredibly crowded, and consumers are being asked to navigate more products and more marketing messages than ever before. We believe the answer isn't necessarily more ingredients or more complicated formulations. It's creating quality products with purpose and being transparent about what's inside them."
The Harvest Table's product line includes Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Granules, which provide Types I and III collagen sourced from grass-fed bovine collagen in a tasteless, instant-dissolving formulation free from added gums, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes. Another offering, Multi Collagen Radiance, combines Types I, III, V, and X collagen with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Cranberry for a more comprehensive formulation. For plant-based consumers, Vegan Protein offers a clean-label option without the same additives.
A key differentiator for The Harvest Table is its in-house manufacturing. The company produces its products at its custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, ensuring direct oversight of sourcing, formulation, and quality. The facility passes annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, meets GMP manufacturing requirements, and is recognized as a Food Safe Facility. It also maintains Halal certification for applicable markets. CEO Sam Clark emphasized the importance of control: "Quality isn't something we want to add to a marketing message after a product has been developed. It starts with the ingredients we choose, continues through how we formulate and manufacture the product, and ultimately shows up in what the consumer receives."
The Harvest Table has already begun its U.S. expansion with its initial product range available on Amazon, including Multi Collagen Radiance, Bovine Collagen Granules, and Vegan Protein pouches. Participation in ECRM will allow the brand to connect with the U.S. retail community and share its story as a family-run company that has grown without compromising its principles.
Clark believes consumers are ready for a simpler approach: "We don't believe consumers need more noise. They need products they can understand and brands they can trust. That's the approach that built The Harvest Table in South Africa, and it's the same approach we're bringing to the United States."
