Scheduled for April 28-30 in Long Beach, California, the event aims to equip fleet professionals with insights into leveraging AI for operational optimization and adopting military-grade leadership techniques for team performance.
Timothy Papandreou, with a background in AI and emerging technologies from Google's X Moonshot Factory and Waymo, will present 'AI: The Most Powerful Technology That Is Changing Your World Forever.' His session will explore AI's role in enhancing fleet operations through predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and logistics automation.
Jack Becker, a decorated fighter pilot, will share his expertise in leadership and human performance in his keynote 'Supersonic Success.' Becker will introduce Crew Resource Management (CRM) techniques used by military aviators to improve team efficiency and reduce errors in high-pressure environments.
Bill Schankel, CAE, CEO of NAFA, highlighted the event's value in preparing fleet professionals for the industry's future challenges. The 2025 I&E will also offer over 40 educational sessions and networking opportunities in the largest Exhibit Hall in the industry.
