Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. The target company generated AUD $7.5 million in revenue and AUD $1.9 million in EBITDA in FY2025, with projections of AUD $8.6 million and AUD $2.2 million respectively for FY2026. Critical Infrastructure Technologies anticipates that revenue and EBITDA will double within the next two to three years. The acquisition adds a profitable, established engineering and fabrication business to its operations, providing an immediate earnings base and enabling the company to scale production of its Nexus communications platforms.
