Huddle House, the family dining brand known for its around-the-clock breakfast and comfort food, has introduced a new incentive package designed to attract qualified operators and reward multi-unit growth. The announcement follows a period of significant development for the brand, which has signed more than 120 agreements over the past three years and recently secured multi-unit deals in Texas, the Southeast, and the Midwest.
“This incentive package reflects the confidence we have in our brand and in the operators who choose to grow with us,” said Peter Ortiz, Chief Development Officer at Ascent Hospitality Management, Huddle House’s parent company. “We are seeing increasing interest from accomplished multi-unit operators who know their markets and want to build something lasting with a brand that continues to evolve while staying true to the hospitality guests know and love. This package gives them real financial support to move quickly and grow with confidence.”
The incentive package includes several key benefits. Franchisees who purchase three or more restaurants will receive 0% royalties for the first year of operation at every new location. This structure aims to give operators the financial breathing room to stabilize operations, build local awareness, and reach profitability faster in each new market. Additionally, operators committing to multiple locations will receive reduced franchise fees on each additional unit, lowering the upfront cost of building a multi-unit portfolio and rewarding long-term investment in the brand.
Another component of the package rewards speed to market. Franchisees who open a location at least three months ahead of their contractual date will receive an additional three months of royalty abatement, providing a meaningful financial incentive to accelerate their build-out timeline.
Huddle House’s growth strategy is supported by its scalable and adaptable model, which includes streamlined prototypes and flexible formats for streetside and non-traditional locations such as colleges, airports, casinos, military bases, and travel plazas. The brand operates in the breakfast restaurant category, a market valued at over $285 billion, and has more than 300 locations open and in development nationwide. Franchisees also benefit from multiple revenue streams, anchored by breakfast and an elevated Huddle House Express menu that balances innovation with guest-favorite classics.
“With more than 60 years in business and a proven concept, Huddle House continues to attract accomplished operators drawn to a brand with ample runway for expansion,” Ortiz added. The company provides hands-on real estate and construction support to accelerate development, positioning franchisees for long-term success from day one.
The incentive package is effective immediately and is part of Huddle House’s broader effort to drive growth and strengthen its franchise network. For more information on franchising with Huddle House, visit Huddle House Franchising.
