Delaware North's Ember Entertainment has completed an enterprise-wide rollout of an AI-driven mobile engagement platform from IVOREE, bringing six gaming properties across four states onto a single system that connects patrons to the Ember Rewards program. The deployment, announced September 10, 2026, covers Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia, Gate City Casino in New Hampshire, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and Hamburg Gaming in New York, and Southland Casino Hotel in Arkansas.
The platform is designed to carry the guest journey across gaming, hotel, dining, and retail touchpoints, regardless of which Ember Entertainment property a patron visits. It provides real-time point tracking, personalized offers, campaigns, promotions, and engagement mechanics, with a player-data layer that allows each property to tailor the experience at the individual patron level while giving Ember Entertainment a unified view of activity across all participating venues and states.
Jason Gregorec, President of Delaware North's gaming business, said the company conducted a thorough RFP process and concluded that IVOREE's platform offered superior patron engagement capabilities and AI reach compared with custom products from other vendors. He said the launch was deliberately timed to overlap with the Ember Rewards rebranding, creating what he described as a powerful double punch and delivering technology and guest experience not previously seen in gaming and hospitality. Gregorec added that IVOREE has been a strong partner throughout.
The rollout spans four distinct regulatory environments and player markets, each operating on the same connected platform foundation. Vaughn Place, Head of Product Strategy at IVOREE, said the challenge of serving four states with different environment nuances and four distinct player bases with one platform is exactly what the system was built for. He said the mobile experience plugs directly into Ember Rewards and puts the entire guest journey in a patron's pocket.
Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, said the deployment reflects the company's goal of giving operators one singular platform with infinite reach. He said the technology allows Delaware North to deliver a strong hospitality journey and stand out from other regional operators, and that the collaboration between the two teams is evident in what is now live.
The full mobile solution is now live across all six participating properties, making Ember Rewards and IVOREE's engagement experience accessible directly through patrons' mobile devices. For business and technology leaders, the agreement signals accelerating consolidation in loyalty and engagement infrastructure, where a single platform must satisfy multiple regulatory regimes and player markets. It also underscores how AI-driven personalization is becoming a competitive requirement in gaming and hospitality, potentially pressuring regional operators to adopt unified systems rather than one-off custom products. IVOREE, which serves historical horse racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, and commercial gaming locations across more than a dozen U.S. states and Canada, gains a multi-state reference customer that demonstrates its platform can operate at enterprise scale.
