Metavesco, Inc. (OTC PINK: MVCO) announced the launch of OTC Squawk, a social network built exclusively for the over-the-counter (OTC) market, providing a dedicated platform for ticker-level research, due diligence, and real-time conversation. The platform is now in closed beta, with the first wave of users onboarded, and a waitlist open at otcsquawk.com where traders can reserve their @handle ahead of wider access.
OTC Squawk addresses the fragmentation OTC traders have long faced, as they previously relied on scattered threads across general-purpose platforms. The new platform consolidates ticker pages, long-form due diligence, market data, live discussion, and an earned reputation system into one place designed specifically for the OTC market. Each supported OTC symbol has its own page featuring price data, day range and volume, price history, OTC tier and sector, a direct link to SEC EDGAR filings, top contributors, and live conversation. Traders can post in three formats: quick Squawks, Threads, and full Due Diligence write-ups, which are displayed natively on the ticker page, with every post tagged as bullish or bearish.
A key feature of OTC Squawk is Motion, a publicly displayed reputation score earned through consistent, high-quality participation, allowing members to identify the most respected researchers for each name. The platform emphasizes transparency, publishing the exact formulas behind feed ranking on its “How it works” page, open to all members. Default feeds cannot be bought, and there is no pay-to-rank system. Additionally, an open feedback channel allows users to contribute feature ideas that shape the platform's future.
Alongside the launch, OTC Squawk is accepting applications for its Ambassador program, targeting creators, traders, and community leaders in the OTC market to help build the platform from its early stages. Creators who cover the OTC market can apply through their account at otcsquawk.com/ambassador.
Metavesco separately stated that it expects to file its quarterly report for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, within the next ten business days, and noted that work on the annual report for the year ending June 30, 2026, is already underway. This launch is significant for OTC market participants, who have historically lacked a centralized hub for research and discussion. OTC Squawk aims to enhance transparency and community engagement, potentially improving due diligence and information flow in a market often characterized by lower liquidity and less coverage than major exchanges. The platform's reputation system and transparent ranking could help traders identify credible sources, while the dedicated focus on OTC securities may attract a niche but active user base.
