Royalty Management Holding Corporation Reports 38% Revenue Growth and Profitable Second Quarter

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported a 38% increase in second-quarter revenue and a return to profitability, driven by its environmental services operations and initial royalty income from a strategic investment in critical minerals technology.

The company generated approximately $1.83 million in revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from $1.33 million in the same period last year. Net income reached approximately $375,000, compared with a net loss of about $50,000 in the prior-year quarter. For the first half of 2026, revenue climbed 54% to $3.47 million versus $2.25 million in the first six months of 2025.

Environmental services remained the primary revenue driver, contributing $3.42 million in first-half revenue and $216,000 in segment operating income. The company ended the quarter with $16.82 million in total assets and positive working capital of $646,000. It also continued its quarterly cash dividend of $0.0025 per common share, consistent with its annual dividend rate of $0.01 per share.

CEO Thomas Sauve attributed the growth to the scalability of the company's platform and its environmental services business. “Revenue grew approximately 38% during the quarter and more than 54% during the first half of the year, reflecting the strength of our environmental services business and the scalability of our broader platform,” he said.

Beyond the core operations, the company noted initial royalties from intellectual property developed for ReElement Technologies Corp., a refiner of critical minerals and rare earth elements. Sauve explained, “Our work to assist them to develop new technologies around mineral refining has started to bear fruit, as we have begun seeing initial royalties from this intellectual property paid to Royalty Management in the second quarter. We expect these revenues to only increase from here as ReElement continues to expand its operations and use of these patents.”

The second-quarter net income included a non-cash gain of approximately $420,000 from the fair-value adjustment of its warrant liability, which is tied to changes in its stock price and may cause fluctuations in reported earnings.

This financial performance underscores the company's strategy of using income from operating assets to fund the development of additional royalty interests across natural resources, critical minerals, environmental services, and emerging technologies. The company believes it is still in the early stages of realizing the value of its portfolio, with a focus on disciplined growth and expanding recurring revenue.

Royalty Management's complete unaudited financial statements are available in its quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
