Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has entered into a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue-sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., securing exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness’s proprietary nutraceutical formulations in the United States and Canada. This move is designed to accelerate Synbio’s path to revenue generation, leveraging MD PHD Wellness’s established product development and manufacturing capabilities.
The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness’s flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical, which will be marketed under Synbio’s Healing Force™ brand. It also establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time. By gaining immediate access to proprietary products without the time and cost burden of in-house development, Synbio can focus on branding, marketing, sales, and distribution, while MD PHD Wellness oversees product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management. After recovering approved costs, profits will be shared between the parties.
Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, called the agreement a “transformational milestone,” emphasizing that it combines MD PHD’s expertise with Synbio’s commercialization capabilities. “It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time,” he said. Solitario also noted that the partnership creates an efficient and scalable business model, positioning Synbio to participate in the rapidly expanding global nutraceutical market while continuing to advance its longer-term AI-driven healthcare technologies.
The scientific leadership behind the products includes Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering, whose career spans medicine, biomedical engineering, microbiology, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development. Co-founder Dr. David Anderson is an experienced physician and researcher who played a key role in developing the proprietary formulations, with expertise in nutraceuticals and scientific claims substantiation. Anderson previously served as a Research Physician and Senior Research Scientist at a prominent New York university, where he participated in evaluating therapeutics and nutraceuticals.
This agreement supports Synbio’s broader strategy of building a diversified healthcare company. The company aims to pair near-term revenue from commercial wellness products with longer-term value creation from its AI-driven mental health technologies, which use facial analysis to screen for mental health conditions. Synbio plans to launch its nutraceutical line online in 2026, generating early revenue while its software advances through validation.
The global nutraceutical market has been expanding rapidly, driven by increasing consumer interest in preventive health and wellness products. For Synbio, this deal provides a tangible revenue stream that can support ongoing innovation in its AI healthcare solutions. For the industry, it highlights a growing trend of technology-focused companies diversifying into consumer wellness products to achieve financial stability while developing more advanced healthcare technologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, MD PHD Wellness will manage the supply chain, ensuring product quality and consistency. Synbio will handle all commercialization efforts, leveraging its brand and distribution capabilities. The profit-sharing structure aligns incentives and ensures both parties benefit from the success of the products.
Investors and industry observers will be watching how Synbio executes its dual-track strategy, balancing near-term nutraceutical sales with long-term AI product development. The success of this partnership could set a precedent for other companies looking to bridge the gap between consumer wellness products and high-tech healthcare solutions.
