The company entered into a non-binding term sheet with Macro HRD SG Pte. Ltd. (Macro) to acquire a strategic stake in Macro-ATCLS Pte. Ltd., the entity commercializing Macro's Ambient Temperature Cellular Logistics (ATCLS) technology. This partnership grants AcroMeta an option to obtain an exclusive licence to deploy the ATCLS platform across Southeast Asia, a region poised for significant growth in advanced medical logistics.
The ATCLS technology is designed to eliminate the reliance on conventional refrigerated and cryogenic cold chains for transporting living cells and temperature-sensitive biological materials. It utilizes proprietary ambient-temperature preservation and reactivation methods, supported by a Gradient Equilibrium Decision Modeling (GEDM) platform for real-time governance and chain-of-identity control. This allows dormant cells to be transported at ambient temperature and reactivated at the point of use, potentially reducing costs, fragility, and geographic limitations associated with traditional cold-chain logistics.

The underlying markets cited include immune-cell therapy (US$5.2 billion) and organ transplantation (US$47 billion). Macro's ATCLS estimates a Serviceable Addressable Market of approximately US$14.5 billion by 2032 for defined ambient-addressable segments.
The proposed exclusive licensing arrangement for Southeast Asia is a key component of the deal. It would provide AcroMeta with the rights to develop and commercialise the ATCLS business within agreed territories, including the ability to appoint sub-licensees. Additionally, AcroMeta would have a first right to acquire additional territories, significantly expanding its potential commercial reach.
