REALM Launches AI-Powered Monthly Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has unveiled REALM Intelligence, a personalized monthly report powered by Scoop's AI, now available to its entire membership. The announcement was made from Jackson, Wyoming, and aims to address a critical challenge facing top advisors: the rapid creation and relocation of wealth that outpaces traditional tracking methods.

According to REALM, new fortunes are being generated in technology hubs, while established capital crosses borders, and families are making relocation decisions earlier than ever. This leaves advisors with limited time to analyze data and stay ahead. REALM Intelligence seeks to close that gap by delivering each advisor a bespoke report that covers their specific market, segment, and book of business, drawing from a dataset that no single brokerage can assemble.

Each report begins with an analysis of the advisor's local market, including inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, benchmarked against the broader network. It also flags long-held listings and aging inventory as a watch list, with guidance on market conditions to monitor. The report then expands to economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) market, such as liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations, sourced from public filings and REALM's wealth data, and maps them to the advisor's territory. Where relevant, it connects advisors to other REALM members who may have insights, leveraging the network's connection tools.

The significance of these reports lies in their actionable nature, moving beyond mere dashboards to provide specific guidance. Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, emphasized that the industry has had enough dashboards but not enough answers. "A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is," she said. With $127 trillion in intergenerational wealth transfer and trillions more being created in select markets, REALM aims to give its members a competitive edge.

Early feedback from members has been positive, with advisors recognizing their own markets in the reports. Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida are among those who found the analysis accurate and useful.

REALM Intelligence was developed in collaboration with Scoop, an AI performance management company. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, explained that the development process involved a pilot group of REALM advisors who iteratively shaped the reports. "The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report," Peters said. This collaborative approach ensures the reports reflect industry best practices as defined by the network itself.

REALM Intelligence is immediately available to all REALM members, with a second release planned in the coming weeks that will focus on wealth migration trends and their implications for individual markets.

REALM is an invitation-only network of approximately 600 luxury real estate advisors across 23 countries, 40 U.S. states, and over 150 brokerage brands, representing more than $50 billion in annual member sales. The network operates on four pillars: Technology, Community, Events, and Media and Luxury Brand Partnerships. REALM also publishes original research, such as Crossing Over, a guide to international buyers covering 22 markets.

Scoop, founded by Brad Peters, who previously built analytics businesses at Siebel Systems and Birst, provides AI-driven performance management for multi-location businesses. The platform codifies a COO's judgment into an AI context layer, offering front-line managers clear briefings on what needs attention and why. Scoop is SOC 2 Type II certified.

The launch of REALM Intelligence underscores a broader trend in the luxury real estate sector: the increasing reliance on AI to parse vast amounts of data and deliver actionable insights. For advisors, this means staying ahead of market shifts and identifying new opportunities without spending hours on data analysis. For the industry, it signals a shift toward more personalized, AI-driven tools that enhance the advisor's ability to serve ultra-wealthy clients.
